Near Peer Mentoring is a partnership created to benefit our supervisors as a two-way learning opportunity for both participants. The program is an extension of our Engineering Development Program created to help facilitate a network of support amongst their peers.
The program seeks to use the experience and success of our talented engineers to create connections, improve skill sets, share knowledge while increasing leadership skills for our new leaders in Engineering.
